BIOGRAPHY

Greetings!

My name is Amanda, I am a multimedia artist with a love for animals especially my dog Cooper. I reside in the small state of Vermont surrounded by beautiful nature that you can only find in New England.

I graduated with a BFA in animation and illustration and a minor in graphic design, from Northern Vermont University-Lyndon in spring of 2022.

I love bringing joy to others with what I create. In my free time I love to sew, paint, wood burn, sculpt, basically any art medium I love to experiment with. When I was younger, my family was very creative and showed me how to use different materials. My grandmother is the one who showed me how to sew and use a sewing machine, hence my love for creating costumes.

 

I have a unique side hobby of creating characters that represent different aspects of myself and turning them into mascot like costumes, called "fursuits", at various events around New England. All of these costumes are handmade and as I stated above, my own characters. If you see one of my costumes out and about, feel free to say hello!

If I am not creating artwork I am spending time with my dog, hamster, family, and friends.
